LaTica R. Matthews-Carroll

LaTica holds many titles but the one she holds best is CEO. Her organizational and communication skills are well demonstrated in her past work experiences in private, government and nonprofit organization settings. Her career started in 2004 with Enterprise Services & Technologies (EST). From there, she then moved on to support the government agency Washington Headquarter Services (WHS) as a Special Events Coordinator planning retirement and promotion ceremonies for Military personnel.

 

As her experience and knowledge expanded, she landed a position where she coordinated weekly events that directly supported the Under Secretary of Defense for Policy. This also included its leadership, as well as five Assistant Secretaries of Defense and twenty-eight Deputy Assistant Secretaries of Defense and their offices.

During her tenure in Policy, she planned quarterly Defense Policy Board Meetings (DPB) where she had the honor of meeting the late Madeleine Albright and Former United States Secretary of State Henry Kissinger.

 

She earned her B.A. in Communications/Marketing degree from the University of Maryland University College, Certificate for Protocol Officer Training from The Protocol School of Washington, and Certificate for Personal Concierge from International Association of Professions Career College. Her style of thinking is new age, futuristic and innovative. She believes her experience is diverse and her hand-on skills will contribute to the successfulness of this organization as well as its clients.
